lovely saturday

Today Brian went to bed at 1:40pm in order to rest up for an 11pm-8am shift at the hospital. I would argue that this is far worse than the 8:30 and 9:00 pm bedtimes we've grown accustomed to. Especially on the most beautiful fall day imaginable. Until I tucked him in, it was a perfect day. I put on a cozy wool sweater, we went to a garage sale, got bagels, and hit the Findlay Market downtown.

Brian and I drove to Red River Gorge, near Lexington KY, a couple of weeks ago for some hiking. Here are a couple of photos of our trip:
